Coach Felix Nzuki
Felix Nzuki is a seasoned business development strategist with over 13 years of experience driving growth, transformation, and operational excellence across East Africa. As the Founder and Lead Consultant at Optipro Limited, Felix specializes in ISO standards implementation, process development, and organizational change management. His work is grounded in human-centered leadership, combining strategic insight with a passion for empowering teams and enhancing customer experience. Felix has successfully guided multiple organizations through ISO certification and re-certification, fostering cultures of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Previously serving as General Manager of Business Development at Adrian Group Ltd. in Ethiopia and Head of Business Development Strategy at Adrian Kenya, Felix led high-impact initiatives in energy solutions, telecom infrastructure, and client acquisition. His expertise spans budgeting, performance improvement, product development, and stakeholder engagement. With a background in Mechatronic Engineering and certifications in project management and auditing, Felix brings a unique blend of technical acumen and visionary leadership to every project he undertakes.
Over the years, Felix has supported the formation and growth of many organization including Nadiv group, where is a director. Nadiv is a trading company dealing in commodity imports and coffee exports. Felix also leads operations in Perigold Group, a conglomerate of six (6) companies in ICT and Power sectors. Other ogranizations owned by Felix include Optipro Limited, a company specializing in consultancy in organizational tranformation through leadership training, process re-engineering and performance management.
Felix started the executive apprentice (TEA) in 2025 as a gift to the young people. This was motivated by the increasing scarcity of well cultured manager and leaders in the marketplace. He started the program by sponsoring 12 participants to an annual training at a cost of Kes 200,000 per student on full scholarship. Felix hopes to showcase ability
